Looking for some advice here, I am fitting a reverb stealth for my friend who has a 5010 with internal routing all the way from the headtube to seat post collar.

The Reverb he has is a 2015 so doesn't have the never style connection which is easy to take off.

Whats the best way to fit this? I would like to keep the lever on & just disconnect the hose from the bottom of the seat post to feed through however I am not sure on how exactly to remove the hose?

Un screw it.

If the connector will fit through the hole you are golden, if not then you will have to redo the olive and barb connection.

It should fit through no problem.

So basically just unscrew the black bit from the hose and it will come away?
Like on this pic:

Will it need bleeding after?

The black bit unscrews from the silver bit.

It will probably need bleeding after, it may be worth winding the speed control out all the way before hand but it is likely to need a bleed.

Thanks. I will unscrew that and hope it fits through, I think it should.
