[Closed] fitting a rack to horizontal dropout bike.

Just wondering if anyone had come across any solutions to fitting a rack to a bike without mounting holes and horizontal dropouts.
I've seen omm do a fitting kit for qr but short of fabricating something similar for the Alfine axle I've not seen anything. P clips don't look like the take much load, I have a seat post mounted rack but is a bit flexi over the rough stuff on my commute.

this is how my mate did it for a mud guard so it moved easily when taking the wheel out - maybe could do something similar [url= http://www.flickr.com/photos/dickyelsdon/3696836767/in/photostream/ ]link[/url]

alternatively racks are available which mount onto the axle/QR

That's a good idea with the chain tug. I've got a couple spare in my parts box.
