Morning All,

I'm looking at getting a Lefty for a new 29er build ( with belt driven Alfine 🙄 ).

I know I need either a Lefty for all adapter or a Project 321 adapter.

I know HT + HS height is critical.

At the minute all looks to be good.

Just one thing.

The system seems to work without the need for preload a la SFN.

Do you just need to take up the "slack" with the correct spacers?

Does this typically mean needing to machine spacers?

Bit lost 😕

I did it on my Love/Hate..

To be fair, its not that difficult.. and I just used normal spacers..

I'll check when I get home and take better pics, but you get the idea from these?
