Hi

I currently run 3 x 9 and it's pretty worn out so thought I'd replace everything and go 2 x 10 Is it easy to fit a completely new group set ?

Thanks

Surprisingly easy, yes.

Fitting the parts to the frame is really easy, indexing will take up most time, in my experience.

Have you got much experience fettling, is there anything in particular you're concerned about?

I can do most things but wondered about how to set up the bottom bracket? I can remove my crank arms and axle. My front mech fits on a bracket (Zesty) so not sure how to remove it?

Do I need to change the bottom bracket?

No, unless its shot of course. If you are going to a different brand of chainset it might be necessary.

It's worth doing.
I did it to my Blur about 5 months ago and it's been great.
Set aside an afternoon, put the radio on, and enjoy some bike time 🙂
It's pretty simple really.
