From my own experience and a lot of reviews on trust pilot, this vendor is 100% actively scamming customers, taking payments, not shipping orders and ignoring emails.
Given the popularity of smart watches amongst the stw massive I thought it'd be worth an FYI
I'd bought replacement strap for a Vivoactive 3 a few years back without too much bother (they were slow getting the order out). So I figured I'd use them again when I needed a new strap for my fenix.
Ordered 3 as they had what seemed to be a good offer on. Â
After over a month, no straps and no answers to any emails I started cc charge back process with my bank. Wasn't a huge amount so I got it back with little fuss. Worth noting that although I'd placed the order through the Shop app, they were completely useless.

The hilarious part is I keep getting mailshots from them, despite having unsubscribed from their list 🫤
