Sent my shock back, through my LBS, to Fisher under warranty. They got it on 26/7 and it's still 'in progress'.
According to my LBS, Fisher only allow 1/2 hour per job and if it goes over that time it then has to be booked in for another 30 minute slot.
It was looked at on Weds last week then had to be booked in again on Thurday, didn't get done on Thursday so was then booked in again on Friday. Who knows when it'll be finished at this rate...

Just seems a really weird way to do it. Why not just do the job complete?

Only logical thing I can think of is that its waiting for an out of stock part to arrive?

Turns out, after 2 weeks, that they will replace under warranty but won't have any stock for 2-4 weeks... 👿
