and it was awesome, i bought a cheap and cheerful Trek 1.2 last week and today i took it for a 30 miler just to see how i liked it. And boy did i.

I honestly think it will progress my mountain biking in both fitness and strength but apart from that i just loved the speed and flying round the roads.

😆 - that was my face today 😆

yea it was ace, and for just over 600 quid you can get a lot for your money with road bikes. Very impressed

30 miles is a warm up so it's ok to smile. It's only proper rdistances with hills where you need the 100 mile stare.

It's fun though. Wait till you ride in a fast group or go for a bunch sprint.
