Bought a SQR trax last year and unfortunately the stitching on the lid started to come apart. I contacted SJS who put me on to Carradice and they immediately said they had had problems with a batch of fabric and if I sent a photo they would replace it, no need to send it back. They don't make the same bag any more but they offered me three alternatives. Sent out first class yesterday. Arrived today. Very impressed. 🙂
