Aragon / Huesca / Spain might be one of the wildest and finest areas for adventure mountain biking...
Guess all know "Ainsa" - but quite hard to find some useful information to prepare a mountain bike vacation in and around this area.
Found this, maybe/hopefully helpful:

Don't know the gentleman Quiri Aquilue. But he was so nice to upload the above video collection. All the videos are from trails north from the town Huesca. Area Sierra de Guara, Jacetania, Alpine Pyrenees (all in Aragon).

Seems to be a fairly new company. I had a lot of time when making vacation in this area and used GPS and hiking maps to find the trails. Means I had no guide.

Back to the videos from Quiri Aquilue: some great trails in the "alpine area of the Pyrenees". Went hiking there - these trails are nothing for my biking skill level.
But the trails / areas "in front of the Pyrenees" like the Sierra de Guara around Nocito, around Ainsa (EWS trails...), south of Jaca are just so great for biking!!! But very, very remote. There are some biking companies which offer guided tours - like well known "Basque mtb" - or maybe above new comapany Inizia where this fun guy Quiri Aquilue is biking.

The Sendero Seeker (Nathan) did this tour with some guides from company "trackmtb"
This company trackmtb is located bit more east, in Rioja - but it seems that they offer tours in "Spanish Utah" / Aragon as well.
