Apologies there was a similar ish thread to this, but I am still struggling to find answers.
I have some Thule Aero Bars, probably at least 13 yrs old, but still absolutely fine. Last year I changed my car to a 2019 Merc E Class Estate with flush rails. When I last changed my car before that I was lucky to get a foot pack before Thule withdrew them.
I can not find any tool online that will let me find what footpacks will fit my current car. I did try calling roof box as I bought all the original kit from them and they were not interested and said buy it all new again!
Ebay has lots of footpacks on it for £30-£50, but I need to find out which would fit my car which is the missing bit of the puzzle.

Tried Halfords website to lookup?
Although, on that similar thread you mentioned, didn’t someone say they’d all changed in the last few years so Halfords might not help. You need to find the old data.
Thanks for the responses so far
Halfords/Thule/Roofracks etc only show data for current systems ie wing bars. Apparently the footpacks are not compatible with the older aero bars.
Its almost like they purposely take down old catalogues so you cant keep using older kit.
I've tried using wayback machine but just cant get it to find stuff either unless I am doing it wrong
I think you need kit186017?
I think you have to select what you want to fit (wing bar, etc) rather than separate parts and when you do that it'll tell you what you need to fit it to your car.
i had a similar problem a littel while ago.
found these websites for the 753 series footpacks
https://www.roofracks.co.uk/thule-4000-series-kits/c/647?nP=2
https://www.roofracks.co.uk/thule-3000-series-kits/c/646
but i had to use Ebay to detective my way to some numbers to work it out and then used the above site to verify
I personally would STW to crowd-knowledge your way forward.
Often the numbering systems follow through generations or only slowly change numbers.
eg 750 footpack changed to a 754 then to something 7104.
Yours is a flush rail (ie no holes in there) so a 753 footpack should be right and you'll need a 4000 series fitting kit.
there may be more modern versions of 753s available. do you know what you've currently got?
The 186017 footpack works with the Evo range of footpacks (ie not the 753s i suggested).
Evo feet are Thule 7106 Evo Flush Rail or Thule 7206 Edge Flush Rail
EDIT: See below for 753 compatibility
oohh love a good challenge.
Don't know mercedes but i think these might be what you're looking for..
Thule Pack 4055 will work with a 753 Footpack and fits a S213 model E-class estate from 2015.
is that what you were looking for?
Also, not sure whether it matches what you have - but the halfords rebranded ones are the old thule - so they MAY fit.
sadly Roofbox are right, I've been through this exact problem only yesterday. The new foot and car specific bit came to £140, for the extra £25 I decided I was better with the Atera Signo RTD bars which are universal fit for any* flush rail car.
If you order from Roofbox the the discount code here still works.
*there is a compatibility list but it's a significant amount more than a Thule will fit.
Thanks for all the advice. I just rang roofracks and the guy I spoke to was incredibly helpful.
He said its the flush rail systems that are now discontinued, not the footpacks (bloody terminology)
So anyhow Killer is the winner 👏 Edit 2nd place actually
I have an existing 710600 Flush Rail pack, and the guy from roofracks said this will work with a 186017 footpack, which I will buy from them given they are saying it will fit.
Its not good that it is all so confusing, and in many ways I was incorrectly advised last time I changed my car ie you must buy everything new. Last time luckily charts still existed to map aero bars to the system.
Also, not sure whether it matches what you have – but the halfords rebranded ones are the old thule – so they MAY fit.
ah now that makes sense. I recently bought Halfords branded Aero bars. Very pleased with them for £80. And I noted the packaging and manuals were very similar to the Thule bike carriers I bought…
