Vfm or.... Just cheap tat - you decide
Weight 22.1kgs. Ouch. That's more than a 10 year old Dh rig
At least the depreciation will not be to bad when the fad fades 😉
Get more back in scrap for it.
Front axel and rear are in different post codes.
with mechanical discs to stop it Awesome
I haven't got a discount card 🙁
Be a decent pub bike that. Singlespeed it, change the tubes and tyres, and it would prob be alright on the trails.
Saw that in the flesh last week....
*looks for boaking emoticon*
A bit like highlighting the vfm full sussers in Tesco for £200 🙂
but for attention seeking this is ideal on the cheap!
weighing in at a svelte 22kg
😯 my heaviest bike weighs under 1/2 that
The only attention you would get would be pitying looks and s****s!
Silverback Doube Scoop. Can't be beaten.
End of thread.
Be interested to know if you could shape one of them up with a parts-bin treatment - could see trying this and you find that it's got a lot of weird measurements, like a 1.4 inch headset or something.
Long thread on mtbreview on the walmart fatbike ($200) and what it took to make it rideable - it was a long list, tbf.
The only attention you would get would be pitying looks and s****s!
and the other fat bikes don't !!!
at least its a "svelte" 22.1kgs
I picked it up yesterday and nearly broke my back, don't know about the claimed weight but felt about the same as picking up two on one fattys in one hand!
Looked okay but wouldn't touch it with a barge pole!
It's a £299 bike that was overpriced to start with. I've looked at one in store and it's horrific.
No posty they don't. You are a real hater aren't you. They are just bikes you know.
For weirdos.
Says the man who thinks being timed less than half the distance round an XC route is the pinnacle of the sport 😛
"Hi Tensile Steel" seems to be code for "Takes two to lift it"

Agreed. Counting the days until it arrives 🙂
It would be an ideal bike to go in the back of the shed to simulate having been through through the fat bike thing, with out the inconvenience of actually riding one
As a bonus you could lock other bikes to it.
"wanda tyres"
Someone in marketing didn't really think that one through
