Is there one available with brifters, hydros, 1x, space for 2" tyre for CTW money or even close to?
I like the sutra ltd and the cannonade slate 105 but both over budget by a bit too much. I don't mind chucking up to £300 in.

Pinnacle Arkose X will take 650 x 50 or 700 x 45. £900 with Hylex flat mount hydros and Deore 1x10.

Everyone loves fargo's! I like the look, but there is no way I'd go in £1K for a CroMo frame and rigid fork!

The Vagabond has bar end shifters and cables.

I was told the other day (in a bike shop) that road/CX transmission MUST have cable stops because of pull ratios and *mumble* other stuff. Used a justification to not use drops and drifters on a MTB frame. Is that right? Seems weird considering the Camino has full length outers?
The Camino isn't a true road plus bike is it? Only goes to 44mm, is that road plus?

I'm also considering grabbing a sale 29er frame, an Apex gruppo and having a crack?
