Not me, Strava would give me away immediately and I can't even ride to the pub without recording it

Always fancied having a pub or bar and calling it The Jim

There's one in Portsmouth called The Libery, presumably for the benefit of students

There's one in Leeds called the Library. Also for students. Brighter than the ones in Portsmouth, presumably.

I only bought a bike to cycle to the pub.

Ended up cycling from London to Edinburgh.

Bikes (and pubs) are great. Wives not so much.

Or at least their English language course is better 🙂

Why would anyone buy a bile to cycle from a pub in London to one in Edinburgh unless you wanted to be guaranteed a fight??

Absolutely. I just choose pubs that are further away!

Do not treat him as a 'bold boy' as this will infantilise him and make a mother out of you

This, I find troubling advice. What would Freud do?

I used to live in Isla Vista near Santa Barbara, California.

There was a bar there called "Study Hall", very popular with the sorority girls, and, by extension, every redblooded male for miles around.

I heard that business was down for a while after the 2014 Isla Vista shootings.
