How do you keep your feet warm? I bought some unvented shoes, with ankle cuffs, 2 pairs of socks and rode from Bristol to Bradford on Avon on Friday, we had to stop 3 times to regain feeling. Ouch..
Are they quite tight? If so you could be causing low blood flow which will make your feet cold as well.

Duck tape over any vents in Shoes. Helps a little. But its just really cold at the mo.
You'll get all sorts of advice about keeping your core warm & not wearing shoes/boots too tight etc. & it's all valid but if you generally suffer from cold feet, nothing will work fully
I have very cold feet sat at my desk in a warm office in Winter & over the years I've tried everything to keep warm feet all day when outside, the only thing that gets close is wearing boots 2 sizes too big with a couple of pairs of thick, loose fitting socks, if I start with very warm feet & the socks & boots straight off the radiator, I can last around 4 hours before the pain from the cold is too much
