Starting to look for parts for a new build, Ti Camino, all i have at the minute is a pair of hunt gravel wheels ... what's people choice of gravel bars at the minute ?
Ive tried the sonder bombers, didn't really like them, I have salsa wood chippers on my arkose and they feel ok to ride with.... My son will no doubt end up with the arkose so cant really pinch bits off that

Ritchey have a few options worth looking at, I'm really liking my Redshift Kitchen Sinks that have just replaced a pair of cow chippers.

Venturemax or kitchen sinks, not sure I'd go for the extra loop though

Had a pair to review https://ukgravelco.com/redshift-kitchen-sink-bar-review/

Spank vibrocore for me. Not cheap at RRP but the vibrocore definitely seems to be effective at reducing the buzzing sensation out of my hands (more so when in the drops). CRC and a few other places have some limited sizes for about £60.

Spank vibrocore flare here, no complaints at all.

Bookmarked. I’m in the same boat. Was looking at Thomson and the PNW Coast. The PNW ones didn’t seem to have too much flare.

Salsa Cowchipper for me in 48cm. Nice shape, still comfy on the hoods and lots of width options. Depending on budget you can go all the way to carbon ones at £200+.

46cm cowchippers here, only had them a couple of months but love them. I've got the slightly pricier alloy ones, not sure how much difference it makes.

I have Venturemax on my 650b Arkose and would definitely keep them for my next gravel bike. They handle like flatbars but with the benefit of being able to lock in the drops on bouncy downhill and they are a bit aero on the flat.

Lauf smoothie on my Topstone. Very impressed with the "smoothie" aspect of them...

I've got Ritchey WCS VentureMax and enjoy them a lot.

I picked up a new bike yesterday and had Redshift Kitchen Sink bars fitted. Too early to have formed a view but they're really comfortable - especially with their add on ergo extras.

I like the stuff from Genetic bikes. I’m currently using the Drove bars. They seem really good vfm.

I've been using Salsa woodchippers which have been great, but have just bought some Kitchen Sink ones and finished wrapping/setting up last night so not ridden them yet. The extra add-ons do seem to be useful in terms of alternative padding and places to hang on.

I started with a pair of Alpkit Bombers, but found the length of the drop section too short meaning the end of the bar dug in my palm.

Normal Deda RHM drops for me. Not sure a gravel specific bar is needed really.

I like the ritchey beacons - comfortable, and really easy to shift hands from one position to another.
