I bought one of these before Christmas and aside from run time being nowhere close to the claimed 2 hrs on full beam, the other issue is it seems to lose charge when not in use.
Ie fully charged last week, left on a shelf, today it has only 60% charge showing
That doesn’t sound right to me?

Speak to exposure, their customer service hs been excellent in my experience. That sounds like they need to have a look at it.

I bought a Toro just before Christmas. Charge level doesn't change if left for a week to 10 days without use, and battery life seems to match exactly the little chart on the side.
As above - send it back, the warranty people are really efficient when I've dealt with them in the past.
