I have a 2016 salsa beargrease that came with novatech d201sb front hub 150mm spacing. As it came it had a 150mm qr fitting but the hubs are convertible with different end caps. I have now got a bluto for it so need to change to 150mm 15mm axle. I cannot for the life of me work out what end caps I need. I bought some but they don't fit. The qr caps come off and leave a 15mm hole but its only 140 wide with no caps
Anyone any clues which ones to get or where I can get help with this?
You could maybe drill out the QR caps?
good idea but it won't work - the qr caps fit inside the hub so drilling them out would leave next to nothing
A quick search gives a few aliexpress links. SJS cycles in the UK do a lot of Novatech spares but I can't find the end caps for your hub. It might be worth contacting them to see if they can help.
thats as far as I got. I got one set I thought was right from sjs but they didn't fit.
Novatec don't list a 15mm end cap for that hub.

Apparantly its the same as one of their other hubs in fitment. You can buy the hub with 15mm end caps and its advertised as convertible
I have now emailed novatech - dunno why I didn't before. Doh!
Incase anyone is interested I couldn't get an answer out of novatech EU but novatech US were very helpful and got me the right part number. Excellent service from Novatech US
