Recommendations for above valves to fit single wall rims please , Standard tubeless valves pull through too much and you cant tighten the nut up enough. I've found some problem solvers which have a concave nut to pull the valve through more to get a good seal , Any other options or valve recommendations with thread all the way down would be a start

cheers

Yep - I used the Super P-Nuts. They work well.

I put a few washers on when I used prestas.

I changed to scraeder though, which are threaded all the way, and better all round for fat use IME.

I just cut suitable ones out of an inner tube! Seem to work just as well as most tubeless valves. or am I doing something very wrong?

+1, added bonus is if you buy 24" MTB tubes the valve comes attached to a free rim strip, for less than the cost of a tubeless valve.

I used inner tube valves as well on my single wall rim, other option could be to build up the depth in that area to allow the threads to do their thing.

Think I used milk it valves on my alloy single wall rims. Didnt have any issues. Would just use a spacers on one side if I did.
