Fat bikes are cool in their pointlessness. I'd never buy one unless I lived in the highlands but they look brilliant.
I'd love to have a play on that. Or any fat bike for that matter. Can't imagine ever buying one though 🙁

Mark my words - at some point people will be mountain biking on adult size balance bikes and I don't mean gravity bikes just for DH, I mean scampering up and down hills, probably wearing a one piece waterproof romper suit.

Adult balance bikes:
- no chain suck
- easier cleaning
- singlespeeders can peel stickers along the lines of "gears are for ****s" off the bike with one gear and put it on a bike with no gears.
The more I think about it, the better it seems. Like a cross between fell running and DH.
If you want a FS fatty older (pre DW) turners frames go fat, and Cynic'al did it to an old Marin frame...

I hate Fatbikes, and I've found that I've rather come to dislike people that ride them too ...
... but only because there isn't one in my house (yet) (and it'll be another few months before there is)!
