My geography sucks.
Other than the jeux plain any accessible within around an hours drive of morzine
I'm thinking of the big famous climbs from the tour.. Telegraph, dhuez etc (which I know are further away)
Ta
Not perfect, and i'm sure someone else will have something better, but this is a decent place to start:

Head north out of Morzine towards Lake Geneva. You get Col de Joux Verte, Col de Feu, Col de Cou, Col de Terramon, Col de Jambaz and Col de l'Encrenaz. Just under 4000m of climbing over 164km.
Col de Joux-PLane is a proper pig. Best option is to do that finishing in Morzine (south -> north).
There's a road climb up to Avoriaz which they used as a mountain TT stage one year.
Last year's Etape du Tour would also be a good route, you can actually do it as a loop from morzine if you go over Les Gets, down the valley road through Cluses and Sallanches to Megeve and then pick up the route going over Col de Aravis (which is a stunning climb). The descent of Les Gets is amazing as well, super fast.

Up the Encrenaz from Morzine & down to Taninges, west to Mieussy and up the Ramaz. Back down to Taninges. Along to Samoens and back to Morzine via the Joux Plane.
