Strange request - my brother wants to get a picture for our Mothers 50th Birthday of Him, Me, our Mrs' and our babies.
I dont really want to go and sit in a room and have some studio session.
Does anyone have any ideas for this kind of thing - have you done similar? Ideas would help us suggest something to the photographer (a talented friend of ours).
We have the benefit of some super empty beaches just a few minutes away so that is probably the best option as a backdrop.
EDIT - Bugger, wrong forum, forgive me.
If you've got a bunch of rocks at the bottom of a cliff you could perch on them; that might be nice.
Or splashing in shallow water with a fast shutter speed to catch the water droplets.
We had some group family photos taken when the kids were younger,sitting standing,arms around each other,all the usual stuff.What really set it off was we were all in bare feet with jeans & crisp white t-shirts.It's a really simple idea but works really well.Be perfect for on the beach...
