Any recommendations of family friendly MTB holiday destinations for next summer.
It's myself and the wife, a 6 year old who can manage 7 Stanes blue and some red, a 3 year old who can manage a few miles on a green route but mainly comes with me on a mac ride.
Ideally I want somewhere that will have kids club/childcare options so myself and the wife can get some riding on our own too. Nielson type thing is great from this perspective, but not so appealing from a riding perspective. Portes Du Soleil appeals for the riding and other activities, but not sure where gives food facilities for childcare etc.
Any suggestions?
Whistler? Okay it's a long way away but tons of family stuff and childcare options.
Tignes. Loads of activities for the kids on top of a variety of fun trails.
Tignes looks good, any recommendations on companies to go with? Alpine Elements looks like it has a lot of what we want, but unfortunately their kids club don't start until the age of 4.
La Massana in Andorra could be an option, very nice quite busy town at the bottom of the lifts to stay in. There was loads of kids being guided how to ride by instructors at the top of the 1st lift in Vallnord bike park, plus many other options for family entertainment.
Did you book something op? I’m currently looking for the same thing for next year
Cheers
James
