Hi,
I have an Exposure Turbo 06/07 LED light and the bigger LED (the flood I guess) seems to have died. The other LED (spot) is working ok.
The light is outside the two year warranty but Exposure do say that they cover the LEDs with a lifetime warranty.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? It would be useful to know the level of customer service I can expect before contacting them.
Great customer service as far as i'm concerned. Email or call them. Oh and teh LEDs are lifetime so should be no problem.
They just revamped my Joystick Max with no quibbles but it was within the guarantee period. Customer servce seems pretty good so i reckon they'll look after you.
