Cable length aside is there a difference between the long and short cable versions?

And can I use the C-C clip to attach a long cable version to my Joystick?

I can check for you at the weekend if you can wait that long.

You could use the C-Clip with some strong rubber bands to attach it to the joystick. The rubber band they come with is intended for seatposts so won't hold tight enough on a Joystick.

Have a look at the Exposure TraceR slightly brighter but with the pulse mode it attracts a lot more attention making you harder to miss. One charge will last you all week. Same mount as Redeye.

Bear in mind the long cable version has an integral bracket to allow it to be mounted to a seatpost.

I can remember if you can remove the light unit from the bracket or not.

I have the long cable version which just has the seat post mount which you can remove the light from.

To answer my own question. Yes there is. Light appears to be identical but the cases are different and the long cable won't fit into the C-C clip.

Light's great though!
