I've got an 18 month old max d. Brilliant light, however recently the black binding that attaches to the clamp, has become loose. Will tightening the Allen bolt solve it, or does it need taking apart and glue put on the thread to stop it happening again?

In my experience it will keep working loose. Some thread lock should do the job.
