[Closed] Exposure lights on Jones/Geoff bars...?

Just picked up a Toro mk12 for a good price. I'd prefer to mount it on a bike with a loop bar, using the thinner front loop but, with a Jones bar bag fitted, the clamp is too deep. I'd seen this alt bracket:

...but would need an action cam mount, ideally with a thin mounting band and suitable for a 25.4mm bar. Google searching hasn't helped so far. Any suggestions?
Cheers

Someone posted pics of Jones bars with an accessory mount/ bar extension for lights and computers.

This sort of thing. Might need a shim for the bar. Probably cheaper all-in and less faff than the action cam route.

^That was me! My logic for trying to improve the solution is that bracket only cost £6 from Amazon and doesnt seem particular well built, especially when mounting a £200+ light to it...

I'm unsure what you mean bu too deep so apologies if this is no use to you but...

You can buy a 22.2 to 31.8/35 spacer on ebay for a few pounds?

Then you can use a standard mount on the front loop.

If too "deep" the bracket (inc spacers) fouls the bar bag. The extender mount bracket is relatively shallow, when compared with the Exposure bracket with its rearward bolt interface. The bracket for the new light is also made for 35mm bars, so even deeper.

The extender seems to work, but just not sure I trust it TBF...

I agree with not trusting it.

If you ran the mount upside down would you then have to angle it so the clamp no longer fouled the bag?

76Projects do some combined garmin and exposure mounts that might suit, they're modular so you could put together what you need

@honourablegeorge - thanks, I'll take a look. Other thought was Raceware Direct, to see if they could 3d print something...

I've tried the new Exoosure mount, the revised angle of the bolt is a little better, but it's still 13mm proud of the bar. Reckon it'll put a hole in the bag once it gets some grit in there...

By way of an update (if remotely useful to others), this combination seems to work without fouling the Jones bar bag...
