My Exposure lights power socket charger seems to have stopped charging and is flashing red very slowly. Anyone know if this is a common problem? Any solutions until Exposure customer service respond?

I suspect the red light on the charger is controlled by a comparator looking for the voltage drop when the lamp is charging. So you might have a problem with the lamp.
In the past Exposure's customer service has been great, but I've never needed to contact them over Christmas.
