Not having much luck with my kit at the moment,

Charged up the light, won't switch off, I think the button appears to have stopped working. Any tips for fixing it?

Had this issue a couple of times. If i remember correctly, plug the charger back in and then try and switch it off. This worked for me.

Can't remember if it was still plugged into the mains though.

Happened to mine, as above try chraging (short time, monitored, dont leave alone), if that doesnt work let it run flat, should be ok after. If neither send it to Exposure with original receipt and they will fix it.

Just in case anyone digs this up via search, letting it run down, then plugging it back in worked, and it now switches on and off okay.

Dug up via a search! Same problem with a Strada. Out on a ride and i hit the button to change mode and it just goes into the lowest setting and stays there. Button now does nothing. Won't even turn off. At least it got me home ok.

First problem I've really had with it. First time I've been out with the new Red Eye though. Coincidence?

Email exposure...their customer services are second to none....if it's less than 2 years old it'll be repaired or replaced free

Hope so. Less than a year old so should be ok. Not much choice but to let it discharge at the moment as I can't turn it off, but might be a while as I think it does about 36hrs on low!

Well I let it run down, recharged, and all seemed ok. 90 minutes into the next ride same thing happens. Not what I needed on a freezing cold dark country lane ride. Must have gone on to the very lowest setting this time as I kept having to put my hand in front of the light to check it was actually on!

Got a returns form from Exposure so I'll send it back today. Anyone know how long they typically take to turn things around? Be a pain to be without it for long.
