The nylon 'bolt' in mine has snapped.

Anyone know if you can get just the bolt as a spare part?

Anyone used a steel bolt instead and not died as a result?

Best part of £20 for a replacement helmet light 😯

I don't think you can buy an "official" one separately.

I would give Exposure a call, they may sort you out, failing that measure it and buy a new one off eBay for a few quid.

EDIT: actually you can! http://www.ultimatesportsengineering.com/exposure-lights/brackets-and-mounts/nylon-bolt-kit-helmet-mount

I reckon they use a nylon bolt so it snaps BEFORE you damage the mount 🙂

Only every finger-tighten mine, never had a problem.

ebay will probably find you a replacement plastic bolt

They turn up on eBay from time to time. I sold mine for £6 after losing my Joystick.
