Afternoon All,

Just received a MK14 Joystick through the post. Just come to charge it and when removing the charger from the back of the light the entire rear assembly has come away with it. Anyone else had this happen? It doesn't go back in properly and is very loose-almost like they've forgotten to glue it in or something. I'm quite surprised as they aren't cheap. Balls.

Luckily their customer support is excellent, give them (or the shop you bought it from) a ring!

Yep, already done that-just wondered if it was a common thing.

It's never been mentioned here before as far as I know . I reckon if it were a common thing it would have come up before. +1 for Exposure having great customer service.

I’ve had a joystick for around 18 months and not had a problem with it. I have used their customer service on another light of theirs, and it’s great, so you’ve no worries there.

Thanks folks, I've messaged the shop so I'll see what they say. Just disappointing as they're normally such good quality lights and I'd fancied getting out and using it.
