I recently picked up an Exposure Axis Mk 4 for helmet-boosting my road bike night riding, the fuel cell indicator goes straight from green to flashing green to red as it runs down, with no 'amber' mode in the middle at about 50% or something as the instructions would suggest.
Its a pain but not a show stopper - but does anyone else have an Axis 4 and can advise if that's normal (concious the quick start guide covers Diablo and others too so Axis may be subtley different).
I'm suspicious something is up as there is a 'flickering' to the light too, and so may return it but could do with knowing if the amber thing is an issue too just for my own OCD ways.

I have a Diablo. I gave up on trying to understand all the fuel light stuff.
Just charge it up, use it, recharge it.
I've got an Axis Mk4 and it runs through the green-amber-red sequence fine. I'd give Exposure a call first and see what they say.
