Just received my Pro 2 hub back from Hope in record time. Sent it too them last week after suffering the much talked about maxle/hub failure and they ve sorted it free of charge. Without asking they also replaced the hub 'cassette holder' which had been gouged by the cassette that i was using. If that aint enough they didnt even charge me for retuning the wheel by courier in a shiny new box. Absolutely fantastic service and well worth a mention IMO.

Yup, Hoops wheels re-spoked and re-trued as I had issues with them going out of true far too often.
