My whole euro holiday experience consists on 2 trips to switchbacks in burbion in Spain. I really enjoyed the "part" uplift and the rocky tech trails. I'm planning to probably go again later in the year but fancy the same kind of thing but else where? I've looked through previous threads and looked into a few but I remember a thread I think about somwhere in i think Eastern Europe that was well rated by people?
Thanks anyway.
A few ideas I have bookmarked

I think it was Slovakia that I saw recommended on here, I am a bit annoyed that I didn't bookmark it at the time.
Huge thanks for those will have a look through later
Had a really good trip last year with Ride Slovenia. Loads of wooded singletrack, higher stuff up on the tops with great views and some uplift via van and ski lifts but also plenty of uphill too.
Excellent guiding from John and lovely accomodation.
MUch quieter than French ALps, very picturesque and cheap beer and great ice cream.
thanks for those links!
