Every time I try to download the track from my Etrex 20 to Strava, the file is corrupted. Is there an easy fix?

Can you import the track into Base Camp first and then export to Strava?

I've stayed well away from base camp - I just drag & drop on my Mac. It's been fine up to now, but every file now corrupt.
