rode through there yesterday on an STW recommendation and had a play too. How does the access agreement work? Everyone was lovely - walkers, dog walkers

The woods where the built trails and jumps are is owned by Yorkshire Water I think. It was built without permission initial but is now allowed as long as no new lines are built.

There's loads of good riding in and around the Aire Valley, most of the moors and woodland are owned by Bradford council and they're pretty cool with bike access.

Yes very easy to stitch together a good ride in that area.

It's been 16 years+ since I lived there but, Esholt woods used to be our playground for probably 15 years. Can be combined with all sorts and the canal for hours and miles of off-road goodness.

I liked the bits arounds Apperley Bridge and up over to Calverley, right up to Pudsey. Not even sure what of it exists now

I should go there more often, could ride it from home easily. I normally tag it on the end when heading home instead of exploring it a bit more
