I'm thinking of rationalising the roadie part of the bike quiver. I commute on a 2008 Genesis Flyer, running fixed, which is a bit of a trigger's broom bike by now, but it's tough and I like the steel ride on the terrible Edinburgh roads. I have a Fuji Roubaix which was my entry into road cycling a couple of summers back but this year for some reason I'm just not enjoying it as much, feels twitchy and harsh and I'm nervous on it, so I'm thinking of replacing it with a more sportivey endurance geo roadie. Was thinking Synapse, Defy etc but I'm increasingly thinking of just replacing both bikes with one. Equilibrium disc ltd seems to fit the bill, any reason why not? Any alternatives I should be thinking of? Budget probably 2k max. cheers.
