So, it looks like UPS have lost my fork and shock on their way to being serviced.
Would anyone know where I could get replacements? Highly unlikely I know - but anyone upgraded or scrapped a frame??
Other plans involve replacing them with SIDs - but different offset on fork, and problems with shock yoke.

Any ideas?

Can you get a Bikeyoke to allow you to fit a stock shock ?

Plush suspension do most of the servicing/warranty work for Specialized UK might be worth giving them a ring.
You could ring Specialized UK direct and ask if they are still available for order. Assuming yours had the brain fork and shock
I spoke to them a few weeks ago about maximum insertion measurements on the seat tube, wanted to fit a longer dropper, and they were first class.

Quick update:
Bikeyoke only do yokes for 2018 onwards so I’m scuppered there.
Specialized and Silverfish don’t have any old stock.
So if UPS can’t find them I can’t use the bike.
