I went for a rather wet ride this morning around The Wall and Whites.
The Energy section is closed for two weeks due to trail maintenance work.
A diversion sign is in place at the beginning of the section taking you round to Goodwood via some fireroad.

The Ranger is on holiday for 2 weeks atm.
Phew, glad it was open last weekend when we went round. must have just missed the closure.
I stopped in at Skyline Cycles after the Whites descent.
Apparently there is some work going on to the table tops at the beginning part of the section.
I didn't think any work was required there, perhaps they are altering the section a little.
Sign says two week closure.
