[Closed] Enduro 1 refund, bagshot

I entered this race which was unfortunately cancelled. Bit of a bummer but o well, got an email explaining what the situation is and I can either move my entry to another race or have a refund, just email back saying what i want to do. I responded saying I would like my money back and that's about as far as I have got. Emailed a few times, private and open message on Facebook but no response, the private message on enduro 1 Facebook site is marked as 'seen' so I know someone is ignoring me.
I can fully understand he will be busy but just some confirmation of what's going on would be nice. Anyone else in this situation? The payment is via paypal so shouldn't be a problem getting money back if I still don't hear anything
