Hi all,

Considering to get some Endura Singletrack trousers for this winter.

Some doubts about the sizing. Currently own a pair of Singletrack II (or III? can't remember) in size M. They are quite roomy in the waist vs the leg. I'm 88cm at the waist 184cm tall, so would fall in the very upper limit of the M trousers.

Any experiences with this sizing?

Thanks

I'm pretty much the same and went for large over medium. I have to use the Velcro adjusters to snug them up a bit but nothing major.

Was going to ask similar about the Humvee 2 trousers, including leg length. I am usually a M in Endura shorts, with a waist of 34, but have short legs at 30 inch. I suspect they all come in a standard leg length which may be around 32 ?

32" sounds about right. They are tighter at the ankle, Singletracks are anyway, so don't flap around or sit over my shoes. I wear pads underneath and don't find them restrictive either.

If it’s anything like the shorts then it’s all over the place! The 1 & 2 fit me very neatly in a medium, the 3 were so tight they looked like lycra and the newest ones (not called 4) were very baggy. So I’m still wearing my elderly 1 & 2!

My experience with Endura sizing is that it's pot luck. I've purchased 2 pairs of the same model/size of their shorts at least 3 times down the years and there's always been a considerable difference in size between the 2 pairs of each set.

Every pair of shorts, trousers, tights and bib-tights I have ever bought from Endura are size Medium and they all fit.

I have their shorts in small, medium and large. There's about 3mm difference between all 3 sizes.

May I add that I intend to use POC pads under them.

Would prefer a thigter look a la WC DH, but nothing restrictive as I need to pedal a lot.

Have a pair of older Singletrack II shorts in size Large, get a bit of a diaper look from them after adjusting the velcros

My Endura trousers have a waist that fits me well but a belt that’s too small. The calf fits nicely but the thigh is too tight. Who would have thought that a cyclist might have larger thighs! It’s like each part of the trouser was grabbed randomly from a pile and sewn together.

I've just bought a set of Singletrack II trousers and the waistband is stretchy and generous but the leg length seems correct to size so I'd size according to that as you don't want them flapping/bunching at the ankles and catching things.

As an example I went for the Small at 5'8 with a 30" inner leg the length is perfect (Medium is 32" apparently), I wouldn't want to go up to a Medium length-wise but there's plenty of give in the waist in case i get fatter over winter! As it is I'm around a 30/31" waist and there's no real stretching required to do them up!
