I had a 5 yr old Windchill jacket that had served me well and was in surprisingly good nick but the stitching on the cuffs, chest pocket and rear pockets was coming away so I emailed Endura to ask if they could repair it which they replied they could and to just return it...a week later a brand new Windchill 2 jacket arrived in the post. .this has got to be the best customer service bar none and I for one doubt I shall buy anything but Endura from now on..
