So, called local hose man and no luck in swageing that small.
Had some zip ties on for a bit and they worked for a while. The pump is perfect apart from that so a shame to bin it. Hose is 9mm od and 4id.
Any idea on how to fix.
Thanks in advance Simon

If the pipe is slipping off - screw tight jubilee type clip - they come in lots of sizes, or can you wind thin stiff wire round it (use pliers to twist it tight) , if the nozzle is ridged then just behind the ridge to hold it in place. ( wrap wire round in a sort of u shape, get hold with pliers at top of u and then spin pliers to create twists in the u.
You can get hose clamps for small pipe eg https://hcl-clamping.co.uk/products/screw-hose-clamp-mini-petrol-pipe-7-9mm-zinc-plated
or crimp on ones if you want something a little more compact: https://hcl-clamping.co.uk/products/single-ear-hose-clamp-zero-leak-7-8-9-5mm-304ss
You can crimp them on with pincers (or side cutters as a bodge)
Replacement hose of any use? Crane Creek branded but same as used in loads of other branded pumps

Quite like the look of that single ear crimp. Tried twisting wire but could not get it tight enough , maybe need different wire. Getting even pressure all round is what I'm after so will look into crimps a little more .
