I've previously used warranty@chainreactioncycles.com or sales@chainreactioncycles.com and always got a quick reply.
There is also returns@chainreactioncycles.com
I'm pretty sure that the warranty@ address gave the quickest response.

speed is not the issue - they have responded poorly to a mistake they made
(sent me wrong size bike, can't exchange as no stock left now)
Ah ok.
I'd have imagined that they would have been able to give you a straight refund if they've sent you the wrong size and can't replace.
