Heading to Egton for a few days soon with Mrs Ready, and I'll be taking the bikes. Planning on visiting Dalby forest for a ride/walk on one of the days, but just wondered if anyone has got a GPX of a nice 15/20 mile loop close by that I could follow please? Views should be good, nothing too technical either. Thanks!

Whitby to Robin Hoods Bay and back on the Cinder track. Easy scenic riding at its best.

You could do Egton - Whitby - Robin Hoods Bay - Egton for a bigger ride.

There are so, so, many tracks and minor roads to explore round there. Get the OS map and you'll not go wrong.

The moors to sea routes go through Egton. If you go to Whitby then follow the Langdale end route south you should be able to piece a way back to Goathload / Grosmont and home. Just don't take too many photos on Fylingdale moor. Apparently that large radar station you can see from miles away is top secret!
