I have Crank Brothers Eggbeater 3s across all of my bikes. The pair on one bike is definitely more rattly / looser than the others and the spring isn't as springy as it once was.

Is there any way to improve this without sending them off to 2Pure for repair? I've sent some pedals off to 2Pure once or twice before, so they are going to start thinking I'm taking the p*** if I send in yet another pair. I'd rather fix them myself if there is a quick fix.

Admittedly my current cleats are slightly worn, but I've pulled a foot out of these pedals a couple of times now, whereas I've not pulled a foot out of my other pairs yet, so it isn't JUST a worn cleat issue.

as 2pure choose to distribute CB products i'd say they're well acquainted with the level of support they require. i would not feel guilty about sending them in at all. if you've got them on your other bikes too it's not like you're a poor Customer.
oh! and :cough: Time. 😉

All fair points. Some of the correspondence I've had from 2pure when returning my pedals to me in the past has been a bit snippy, hence my reluctance if there is an easy home "maintenance" fix. Presumably not then.

Time point noted, but I do like my Crank Bros when they work, and to be fair, I do put a fair few miles on my pedals.
