sold some avid brakes on ebay and sent them with collect plus. he says he hasn't had them and collect plus say they did deliver them . now he is putting a claim in against me ,what do I do now . (apart from stopping using crappy ebay)

Can you not get a POD off Collect+ to find out who signed for them??
Also check with Collect+ if they left the goods somewhere else like with a neighbour
