So browsing ebay and in my ebay there is the section called pick up where you left off showing previous viewed items
For some reason all the items showing in this section have lower prices including the postage than what it actually says in the listing
So are ebay showing the price minus fees in the pick up where you left off section in my ebay and then showing the price including fees in the actual listing and are they adding the fees to the postage costs?
Prices now have buyer protection fees added which is something like 4%. Maybe that's the discrepancy?
It's a bit weird as a seller, as you list an item at, say, ££35 and it shows up as something like £36.41.

Yes, it's quite inconsistent across the site - some bits show the figure with, some without.

I listed an item recently and you could enter a "buyer pays" value and it would work out the "before fees" value. Possibly a new feature.
