I've seen enough photos of this...
Before I get too curious and try it, anyone want to tell me how it'd affect steering feel?
You'd feel the steering through your toes.
Two words. Toe Overlap.
Yes I get that obvious bit. My bike is probably long and slack enough that it wouldn't be an issue.
Could the tyre/downtube interface at full travel?
Weird marketing description.
... It falls under the categories of Sporting Goods and Cycling, making it the perfect addition to any cyclist's collection. ...
What?

light use only until I got I injured
Wonder if they caught their toe on the wheel and came off? 😁
It’s got all the right angles, just not necessarily in the right places. Reverse arch forks are all the rage next year according to Fox.

ebay selling now has an AI description creator. I pressed the button to see what happens, don’t worry about AI taking over the world by Tuesday lunchtime, it churned out complete incomprehensible bollocks.
I think the word twitchy should be added to that eBay description. It’s a strong look for sure.
Interesting bike!
I have also tried to use the eBay AI 'Description Generator' - it produced a bunch of vaguely applicable but extremely annoying marketing speak that made me want to hit someone! I turned it OFF pretty damn sharpish.
Toe overlap, less stable and twitchy should all be in the description of that bike :o)
Aside from the obvious, it is amazing how bike geometry has changed in a decade. I wouldn't even consider a bike with a seat angle like that now, 10 years ago I had one.
No dropper post … I’m out 😂

I thought this was all the rage nowadays. Sounds like it's working perfectly.

Based on the pictures, that's a 2013 Trance X 29er 2. 69.5° head angle, 73° seat angle. Only 10 years, but a world away from a modern bike.

Were you selling incomplete comprehensible bollocks?
I'll see your Giant and raise you this sweet, sweet Scott: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/185597608804
Hmmm... "a remote controlled Rockshox height adjustable suspension seatpost". Never seen one of those before. And it's a really expensive build, with a rusty cheap gel saddle on it. People are weird.

that's any reverb that's had the bike picked up by the saddle.
But at least the fork is on the right way round
On the giant, is it just me, or has the tyre been mounted correctly on the wheel, thus ending up backwards once the forks are inverted. And then somehow the back tyre has been mounted backwards to match the front…
Edit: no both tyres are oriented correctly on the wheels. Just the fork inversion leaves the front tire inverted.
Being a Giant, they've probably void the warranty by undoing those stem bolts themselves

That seller also has a hope lightweight hub wheel for sale. £475 plus £30 post. I think I can see a couple of cracks too . Utterly ridiculoushttps://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/185874152670?hash=item2b46f67cde:g:C-sAAOSwWx5hplBK
When you look at all the stuff its mostly heavily overpriced tat.
He’s clearly on crack. Good luck to him, hope he didn’t waste too much time writing his adverts.

That guy's having a Lauf

I recently saw an eBay ad that described a dropper as a “height adjustable seat operated by a hydraulic thumb pump”
I actually hope Giant turn down a warranty claim on that, I can't believe anyone with half a brain can look at that and think it's correct, it truly baffles me that people do this, have they not seen a bike before, even comparing it to a manitou it's blindingly obvious it's wrong especially when you're kicking the tyre when the bars are turned, as referred to above, bottoming out that fork could be fatal.
A friend's Dad is a semi-retired engineer and long time convert to ebikes, his first was a fairly agricultural looking hybrid with a rear hub motor and battery stuck to a rack that he'd made all sorts of (terrible) modifications to. I think he did 15,000 miles on the thing before it died, so fair play.
I saw him recently and was delighted to see he'd upgraded to a new Trek hybrid with a Bosch motor and more integrated battery. Until that was, I noticed his first modification - in line with the previous bike, he's turned the stem around so it faces backwards. The handling must be horrific, and if that's as far as he can reach, he needs a smaller bike in my opinion. Why do people do these things?!

Same, but probably not the same person. One day in his garage I noticed all the family bikes were assembled with the handlebars upside down, i.e. downsweep
