Just bought a set of these and the 50mm 35 stem to go on a 160mm frame that I'm building up. The reason I went for the oversized, 800mm Carbon bar is simply there was an offer on and they were a third cheaper than the equivalent 31.8 750mm havoc carbons.
To any one who has them or has had them have I bitten off more than I can chew here? I do a bit of racing with the highlight this year being the Trans Provence, but I am by no means an aggressive, hard hitting rider and some of the reviews say that this bar is too stiff on an AM bike, where MBR said it had loads of flex? Conflicting.
Before I get these installed and wipe out my 14 exchange any advise would be much appreciated.

Ride them, enjoy them.
I have the 750 Havoc Carbons, never noticed any flex, and on 160 forks with big tyres, i doubt anyone else will notice any either.

I had the 750's on my last bike but they went in the sale. Should have made it a little clearer. I am worried about them being so stiff that it's actually going to be painful due to the extra diameter of the bars. Just seems to be something that comes up in reviews, albeit could be based on opinion which can differ.
