I have one of what appears to be just PF bearing cups on my canyon dude.

Think it's one of these

Went to repack the bearings with grease but the bearings have two sets of races and ball bearings.
Can these be serviced, if so how do I go about this?
Do I need to remove them? Or are they a bin job?
Bearings have got grit in them, but not rusty..sounds awful.

Canyon tell me it's a 121mm/41 PF bottom bracket, any recommendations on replacements?
Think the e13 crank is 30mm

Hope do one to fit, listed at the bottom of the page:

My E13 BB was a heap of junk. Lasted 3 dry months in the hot summer of 2016!

Replaced with a Hope, thoroughly abused, never needed to touch it.

Any other options available?
Appears this is the hope one I need, but not keen on ordering from tredz.

I’d replace it with a hope bb. The e13 bearings are made of cheese. Went through 2 sets in a few months over winter, never again.

Reading that thread Blastit has kindly linked to, is there any reason to spend the extra £15-£20 on the hope over the Rotor?
